2002-2004 / Cameroon Airlines operational restructuring options
Retained by the CEO to highlight key business issues and strategic network options. We have conducted assignments for (i) designing and launching daily direct flight between Douala / Yaounde and CDG with aligned schedules, (ii) creating the Douala Hub to connect a Regional Network (Bangui, Brazza, N'Djamena, Malabo...), (iii) providing procedures for Yield Management techniques.

2004 / LoadAir, Kuwaiti Cargo Company
Established the business plan and investment prospectus of the new Kuwaiti international cargo airline.

2005 / Nigeria Arik Air start-up
Commissioned by the founder and key share holder and retained by AeroConseil -France (i)l to assisting the restructuring and development of a new domestic Airlines linking the 3 main cities: Lagos, Abuja and Port-Harcourt; (ii) to carrying out a 3 year Business Plan : advice on aircraft acquisition / lease, market survey, network development, pricing strategy, and key financials.

Retained by Nova Atlantis Company for a World Perspective and Overview of a few selected countries.

2006 / TAAG Angola Airlines
Starting a regular B747 cargo service between Europe and West Africa transporting oil and gas related equipment ; creating a supporting sales infrastructure including a specific cargo reservation system for the UK and North American markets.

2006 / Equatorial Guinea Airlines
Retained by ECTAR Consulting Company (France) to carry out a Feasibility Study for the National Carrier. Development of Regional Network based on a turboprop Fleet; traffic survey, pricing strategy, P&L statement, and returns.

2007 / Imam Khomeini INT'L Airport (IKIA)
Retained by Air France Consulting for defining and evaluating Airlines Attractiveness Strategy for a world class Airport. All key issues were analyzed : Airport access, safety and security standards, operational procedures, passenger attractiveness and Airport surrounding leverages, luggage's features. A special focus was made on the Hub for connecting international and medium-haul flights.

2007 - 2009 / TAAG business review
Retained, during a 2 years period, by the Chairman of TAAG Angola Airlines to modernize the Company, subsequently to the arrival of the brand new fleet: 2 B777 and 4 B737-700 aircraft. Network remodeling projects base on the Luanda Hub. Network Economic approach around the revenue unit and the load factor. Setting up a flight productivity reporting system.

2008 / TAAG Airlines development in UK
Obtained by GD Consultants UK B777 traffic rights and Operating Permit from the CAA, at prime-time slots for TAAG-Angola Airlines, from London Gatwick airport.

2008 / Proparco Bank (AFD)
Provided Advice towards the financing of 7 used MD87. Conducted Due Diligence of the three African Carriers -Air Burkina, Air Mali & Air Uganda-of the Aga Khan Group (AKFED).Evaluated a f the 3 years Business Plan of the 3 Companies.

2008 / ASKY advice
Retained by the chairman to evaluate the need for a new African regional airline planning to create operations on an international level. Regularly consulted in various areas such as : traffic rights, partners, routes developments, type of aircraft, long haul versus medium short haul.

2008 / All Business Class Jet start-up
Retained by Tahiti Authorities to carry out a Feasibility Study for a non- stop scheduled flights between Los Angeles and Bora Bora (French Polynesia). This study included advice on aircraft acquisition / lease, Bora Bora runway technical capabilities, and investor's presentation.

2008 - 20011 / Artificial Field Turf for Airports
Retained by TARKETT Air FieldTurf to develop artificial grass applications along the CDG and Orly runways. The Key Advantages are two fold : taxiway maintenance cost reduction and higher Security and Safety standards.

2008 / 'Blacklist' Carriers banned by EU
Retained by carriers such as TAAG Angola Airlines to assist in building Corrective Actions Plans. Close involvement with the Safety Committee of the European Commission at Brussels. Follow up with the relevant African DOTs (ANACs).

Retained by AéroConseil to establish the market survey and the business plan of a new private investor’s international cargo airlines. based in Lyon’s Airport ; in the heart the industrial Rhône -Alpes Région.
